Description
The atelier d’art de Bethleem is an artistic laboratory founded inside the Monastery of the Monastic Family de Bethleem built in Caux in France. It is a contemplative order recently born as a rib of the Carthusian monks of San Bruno.
The statues are made of pyrenean stone powder (dolomite) and hand painted. The style was born from the synthesis between French Romanesque art and Byzantine iconography.
